How long is support valid for?
All theme purchases include 6-month support by default and you can extend it to one year during the purchase process.
What does support cover?
Support covers questions you may have regarding feature configuration, or bugs and general questions about the theme. Support does NOT cover Ghost installation or fixes, theme customization & updates.
Can I use the theme on multiple websites?
It depends on the type of license you purchased, with the Regular license you can use the theme for only one website. To use the theme for multiple websites, you can either purchase the Regular license for each end product or purchase the Extended license.
How can I get support for the purchased product?

How often are the themes updated?
There is no fixed amount of time or date for updates, but we keep all themes compatible with the latest Ghost versions.
How do I get updates?
Updates are released via Gumroad, you will get an email when a new version of the theme you purchased is released and you can download the new version from your Gumroad Library.
How to update the theme when a new version is released?
When a new version is released, we provide a changelog, with a description of the changes as well as a list of changed, added, or deleted files. This can be viewed at any time on the changelog pages. You should also check out our guide about the update process

You can download the latest version of the theme at any time from your Gumroad Library
Can I change and customize the theme?
Are the original assets(CSS, JS) included in the download?
Yes, the original assets are included not just the bundled files, so you can start customizing and changing the theme.
Can I use your themes with Ghost Pro?
Yes, our themes can be used with Ghost Pro, however, the 'Starter' plan does not include custom themes, so you need at least the 'Creator' plan.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 14-day refund policy. Don't worry, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can get a full refund within 14 days.
Do you offer theme customization services (for a fee)?
Customization is not included in the theme price, if you have something in mind, feel free to contact us

What's the difference between the purchase options?
The Single Theme purchase will give you access to a single theme, the Yearly Access subscription will give you access to all themes as long as your subscription is active, the Lifetime Access purchase will give you access to all themes for lifetime. For more information check out the Pricing page.
What happens when my yearly access expires?
If you decide to not renew your subscription you will lose access to theme updates, new versions and support, but you can still use the themes you already downloaded.
