Regarding pricing, currently there is one plan:
Digitalocean
DigitalOcean is different from the previous Hosting Providers, as it is a way to self host Ghost on a Virtual Private Server. You would have to install Ghost yourself, take care of maintenance and updates, as well as the server itself.
One the plus side it's a cheaper alternative. We will talk more about this option in future posts, as we are using this service to host our demo sites for our Ghost Themes.
